Our Story
FVA Partners was founded on a simple idea: transformation success can be engineered by understanding what creates – and what destroys – enterprise value.
What began as the development of FastView Analytics, a platform designed to solve the most failure-prone element of ERP delivery—data migration—quickly evolved into something broader. Through repeated exposure to complex program failures, it became clear that data issues were not isolated problems, but symptoms of deeper challenges in how value, risk, and execution are understood and managed. This led to the development of our Value by Design approach—an operational model that brings together qualitative insight and quantitative analysis to define the value curve, model risk across the value chain, and determine the most effective path to a successful outcome.
